As luck would have it, I called Rob at 1:00PM as he was in between jobs. He came out to the house at 2:00PM - same day. My gas fireplace was very sooty and he diagnosed the issue straight away. He disassembled the logs and inspected the burner. Everything was tarped and laid out cleanly and professionally. Rob made certain the burner gave a clean flame before leaving. His fee was incredibly fair and worth every penny. You won't be disappointed hiring him for your chimney needs.

I called in to get an appointment for "as soon as possible"... my wife said no fires until the chimney gets cleaned and looked at... well, I think that I wanted a fire sooner rather than later.. called Friday morning - had an appointment for Friday night.. it worked out as I was on the way home for him .... very much appreciated the words of advise on the condition of the entire fireplace system. No fuss, no mess... all good. Very highly recommended! And, it was a great value!

Rock River Chimney & Fireplace, LLC did an excellent job on maintaining my fireplace today. They had no problem coming to my house in Fond du Lac. I called yesterday and they were here this morning and done within an hour. Great Job!! I would recommend you give them a shout for your chimney needs.

This year I called Rock River Chimney and had an appointment with Rob set up the same day and scheduled on a Sunday morning which was convenient for us.
